About Mel

Mel received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
After graduation Mel launched her career in top international firms where Siemens is one of them. During her successful career for 20 years she specialized in Sales and Purchasing. She started as a Sales Engineer and eventually became a Strategical Buyer. She developed many skills and strategies like “Advanced Negotiation Skills”.
Starting from childhood she was passionate about houses, real estate, staging and building. “There was not any moment I was not thinking or reading anything about houses and home designs. It was always in my mind. So I decided to put my passion and experience in something that I am passionate about.” she says.
Mel is committed to listening to her clients’ needs and utilizing her keen negotiation skills to ensure a successful transaction. Her warm personality will make you feel like she is your family.

Mel currently resides in Raleigh with her husband, son and their German Shepherd dog “Roxy”. In her spare time, she likes cooking, reading, travelling with family, playing with Roxy, helping community and meeting with friends.
She is also Fluent in Turkish!
